possible reasons:

battery problem or flash chip problem. You didn't mentioned your actual problem or what happened before with this phone.

Most likely changing firmware or repairing gdfs will resolve issue.

thank for your reply still the same problem in K800, another problem in W810 say writing "C:\Documents and Settings\Sabcom International\My Documents\Sony ericsson flash files\W810 REA031\R4EA031_1250317_CHINA_HN.ssw"
CURRENT FLASH FILE CID:50
SSW uses full hash, hash len is: 7340
HDR block not accepted,error: A9

You probably need to repair gdfs area first.


Please do following step and let me know if it successfully proceed
for SETOOL

1) Go to SEMC tab >select your model
2) Go to setting tab > tick on enable csca server
3) Go to SEMC tab > press Recovery Button and connect phone using 2+5 button and insert USB Cable
4) Upon Successful msg plz inform here, or inform what error you are getting.
