Battery is fully charged 3.9V and i used SEMC Update service suite but didn't help me.I have downloaded all versions available on setool support,will try all one by one and post the result here..Lets hope for positive result.Fingers are Crossed...!

i press power up button it is just vibrating and nothing else.tools i used for upgrading for the first time was Setool then i thought to give it a try for an online repair via SE PC Suite but the issue remained same not solved. post here the setool log. and also plz. cofirm that battery must be above 25% to On the handset

Your battery is dead...guessing you figured that out by now though, lol.
