Hi, i can seem to switch on my phone, a i900. I only have it for a few days and its dead. When i press the power button, the phone will hang at the Android word screen and i cannot switch the phone off after no matter what i do. The only way was to remove the battery. I tried the hard reset, pressing the volume up, home and power button at the same time, then select the 'wipe data/factory reset' function. But when i press the power button to confirm, the phone does not react no matter how much or long i press the power button. I just can't reset the phone to factory setting. Can anyone out there have any idea how to go about to bring this phone alive? Thanks a lot for the information and help.
