LG Unlock Method
Important Notice: Disable antivirus in order to run crack and some dlls
- Click On regist Option Before Flashing Any Phone Because Without regist Key Phone will not Unlock
- Open Lg tool select DLL, Unlocked BIN, SCR And Any PRL
- Click On Upgrade Option
- Now LG Tool Will Give Error Message .... So Do Not Worry Do Not Close Just Minimize That LG TOOL (Don Not Disconnect Your Phone Because Your Mobile Will Be Dead So, Be Careful About It)
- Now Again Open LG TOOL (ITS Multi Executable) And Now Click Download Option Do Again Previous Type Method But Only Do New Work Just Change Unlocked Bin With Locked One
- And Click On Upgrade Option
- That Phone Will Be Restart and Unlocked

Hi SAM, I have never unlocked any phone yet. So I am completely new to this. Now I have downloaded around two files as mentioned above. i.e.
1) lg_3100_unlock_with_fm.rar
2) 3100.rar
I also have LGtools.exe with me.
So Now I want to unlock my Old LG RD 3100 with FM phone so that I can use another CDMA SIM in that. Would you be able to help me with step-by step instructions to unlock this.]

Sorry KDH, this is not for first time users. This is pro techniques and somewhat risky even for experienced users. I don't want you to blame me for dead handset and I request you to visit nearby unlocking store.
There are not manual available on above mentioned files. All users who working with Unlocking business find ways on how to use and this is content limited to them.

No Problem SAM, I thank you for your reply on the same. Actually I do not bother even the phone become dead while trying to unlock it. Because I am planning to buy a new GSM handset & thinking to convert my current Reliance CDMA mobile no. to other GSM Service Provider (with number portability service) & henceforth the phone will become unusable. Anyways I will go to nearby store to try unlocking this.
SAM, Would I be able to use another Reliance CDMA SIM card in the same handset. So that I will throw off my current SIM & will use another no. with this handset & my phone will become usable again.

You will be able to use another CDMA card as well Reliance CDMA card with your phone after unlocking. Before it, your phone will be blocked with un-supported sim cards

Thanks a lot SAM, So there is no option than to unlock the phone & then only I will be able to use any other CDMA card in my Phone.
