I have a iphone 3g 3.1.2 os with 0.6.15baseband its a jailbroken iphone but not unlocked bcos of there wifi not working i tried all the method without wifi unlocking but not success

1- I try the method pasting (.deb) files in cydia /autoinstall but when i connect in exe everything is shows-var/root/media but after that cydia not show so i am not able to paste unlock files

2- I try with custom activated firmware every thing is ok but when installing install.bat at last its not working

plz members help me as soon as possible
