when i try to unlock this phone shows me this error

Reading SpLock Zone......OK
Reseting Phone...Wait...
Phone Imei... Error
Phone F/W... 4¨d


ERROR..Please Again...


how could i solve this trouble please help me ,thanks

Try to flash phone first and repair IMEI

if that doesn't resolve it. Try to write good eeprom

ok thanks for answer me ,but that options appears in off state , so in case i could where ican download those files ´cause in polar soport there´s nothing to that model
