Try to power on phone without Sim card. If you managed to power on it without sim card, that means you are having issue with Power Amplifier or Poor Battery backup.

Before getting into any discussion complete this steps and post your answer

    1) Power on your phone without Sim Card / Memory Card
    2) if phone is successfully started, just try to dial 911 or 112 and see if phone is getting off
    3) If phone is not powering off even after dialing 112 / 911. Than power off and start it with Memory Card Inside
    4) If phone is getting off with Memory Card, that indicated bad MMC IC / Memory IC is damaged. Else, Your phone is just demanding other Sim card or new battery

    Regards
Post your detailed log report , so we can take decision for that.
